Escrow Officer

Dallas/Fort Worth

Responsibilites:​

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a Realtors and Lenders

  • Complete closings in a timely and high-quality manner

  • Effectively manage and resolve escalations

  • Curative work as needed

  • Must make marketing and sales calls in an effort to grow business.

  • Monitor files throughout the closing process to make sure the title is clear, fees are accurate and parties are aware of any developments

  • Prepare documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions

Requirements:

  • Established book of business

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate timely, professionally and courteously with all clients.

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and learn new programs quickly

  • A Multi-Tasker: Ability to work with high-level multi-tasking skills and prioritize in a fast-paced constantly changing environment. Ability to balance the workload to accommodate the demands of the job and exceed customer expectations
